Sandbanks has a new restaurant opening this week….The Tandy!
We were lucky enough to attend a “soft opening” of the Tandy Restaurant in Sandbanks today! What a treat! Nestled on the peninsula is this trendy, comfortable, new, Mediterranean feel restaurant.
Have a look at their Facebook page. The owner mentioned that they will build their page by the end of the week, but have been concentrating on being set and ready for the soft opening of The Tandy, so keep looking for more info to come!

We stopped in and had a lovely chat with the owners of The Tandy. They are excited to have launched this Mediterranean style restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Today, Saturday, March 18th, was the first day the restaurant was open. They had a limited menu with pizzas to start their launch…but take a look at some of the items their menu will include:
The ambience is casual Mediterranean, with white washed tables, soft and comfy lounge seating to enjoy a drink with your nibbler, white-washed walls and ceilings, with beautiful arches and wine displays. Have a look!
We are excited to have this lovely establishment so close to home. Rest assured there will be more posts when we stop in for our first dining experience!
