Sharing family fun times!

We had a little birthday celebration and had the family together for a make your own pizza night! What fun!!!!

So to start, you gotta have all the fixings…chorizo, parma ham, onions, mushrooms, salami, tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, pineapple…just to name a few!

Then the chef has to make sure the Ooni Pizza Oven is just the right temp! Concentration is needed to make sure we are good to go!

Then…prepare your dough base! Lots of flour and just the right touch!

Choose your ingredients to make your masterpiece!

Pop it in the perfectly heated pizza oven…

And … VOILA!!!!

Although…sometimes there is a “WHOOPS!”

Imagine the laughs though!

And what I have learned across the pond, is that on each side, Yank or Brit, there is ALWAYS some friendly competition. So, of course, we rated everyone’s gourmet dish.

AND FIRST PLACE ~ this gourmet creation. Parma Ham, tomatoes, mushrooms, chorizo, onions and an egg! Congrats!!!

What a great night. Laughs, good food, good company, great wine, and spending time with with my Brit family. Love sharing across the pond. Looking forward to my upcoming trip back to Yank country to share even more!
