Local marinas have so many sights, sounds, smells…a potpourri for the senses! A day at the marina is always a welcome respite!
A Day at the Marina is always a lovely way to Spend a Sunday afternoon! A walk around the local marina always evokes the senses. It was a day for taking a quick peek in on our boat, making sure everything was okay with her, and to make plans for the upcoming boating season!
Can you hear the rigging slapping against the mast pole? Can you hear the water slapping against the boats and pontoons? Can you feel the light mist on your face as it makes your cheeks a rosy red? Can you smell the salt water?
And our lovely boat!! “Sandy Toes”!!!
She needs a good clean! Spring is coming….
